Terms of use
By using this site you agree to the points below.
Education only
Cryptocurrency School provides general educational content. Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. Make your own decisions, and consider speaking to a qualified professional about your own circumstances.
Risk
Crypto assets are volatile and largely unprotected. You can lose all the money you put in. Mistakes such as sending funds to the wrong address or losing a seed phrase usually cannot be undone. You are responsible for your own actions and for the security of your own accounts, devices and keys.
Accuracy
We work to keep lessons accurate and list the sources we checked them against. Crypto changes quickly, so details can go out of date. The site is provided as it is, without guarantees.
Your progress
Without an account, progress, XP and badges are stored in your browser and can be lost if you clear your browser data or change device. XP and badges have no monetary value. A certificate from this site records that you finished a free online course. It is not a professional or financial qualification.
Accounts
Accounts are free and optional. If you create one:
- Give an email address you control, and keep your password to yourself. Use a password you do not use anywhere else.
- You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us if you think someone else has used it.
- One person per account. Do not create accounts by automated means or try to access anyone else's.
- You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend or remove accounts that are used to abuse the service or other people.
We will never ask for a private key or seed phrase. Anyone who does, in our name, is not us.
If you ask to receive lessons and updates by email, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any message. Account emails, such as confirmation and password-reset links, are sent whenever you request them.
Fair use
You are welcome to link to and quote from lessons with credit. Please do not copy the course wholesale or present it as your own.
